   Zest is one of the worst letting agents I ever seen. Customer service sucks and they don’t even care about who given notice for leaving but they don’t think the tenants may come back if they get proper respect and treat before leave. Specially Freda in Hull, she gives hard time those who leaving. I highly recommend anyone avoid zest

   Great property mangers in Hull unlike many who don't respond. They are very committed and all the issues during tenancy were tackled with patience & skilled labour. Very prompt & supportive. Really recommend these guys to anyone who is in need. Rebecca Dean ( Beckie ) is a star. She responds swiftly & is very committed to her work.

   This is a family owned, local business, which I have used for buying, selling, and letting over a number of years. Everything is so positive when dealing with them, and the office is always a happy place when I call or visit. Less than 2 days after visiting a property for me, it was online, accurately described, realistically priced, and receiving views. An added bonus is the exceptional video walk-through, which is far superior than others that I have seen. The whole experience is positive, consistent, but best of all, not pushy. The staff are friendly but professional, and pay attention to detail, and are always accommodating.
