We recently used Whittakers to try and sell our property, sadly we didn`t get a sale with them, and we are now going up with another agent. I thought the first 3 months we were up with them communication was spot on, after that it was slow and I found that I was having to ring and ask how things were progressing. I totally understand if they do not have buyers for the property, but felt they could have been more proactive overall. Staff were pleasant , but having once given notice to say we were going with someone else, I was advised Lyndsey would call me but she never did.

The service I received from Whittaker's was first class from start to finish. I was kept informed on every step of the process and feel all the staff went above and beyond to try and keep me up to date with any developments on my sale. If it wasn't for Whitaker's I would of been in the dark most of the time due to me struggling to contact my solicitor.
From initial contact through to final completion the sale process was straight forward and problem free. The staff at Whitakers (Sutton, Hull) were always extremely efficient, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional and any queries were dealt with in a timely manner. Regular updates on sale progression were given and staff were always available to provide help where required. I would not hesitate to use Whitakers again for any future property purchase or sale.

By far one my best experience with an estate agent, dealt with five other agents in my moving life and Whitakers Sutton, even though there were problems with covid virus and other personal things Whitakers just made everything easy. Great service, if you go with them you won't regret it, forget the rest.
