   Hudson Property provided an all round excellent service. Oliver, Julia and Emma were highly professional, efficient, friendly and helpful - it was a positive experience dealing with them. They valued the property of a late relative, advised what we needed to do to help achieve a sale of the property, proactively marketed it and quickly found buyers. They even managed to find a second buyer within two weeks when the initial interested party withdrew. They kept us regularly updated on progress throughout the marketing and conveyancing processes – chasing things along to ensure everything remained on track. They were all extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had regarding the sale of the property. Living so far away from the property we were also grateful that they were able to organise gardening services, take meter readings and keep an eye on the property for us. We would highly recommended Hudson Property!
