   I'd previously raised issues with the property when Lindley & Simpson was Larrads, these issues weren't fixed to my satisfaction, However when Sue came out to do a property inspection, she saw first hand the problems, she then promptly arranged to have everything fixed.

   Linley and Simpson have been a please to correspond with. Firstly Elliot at the property to show us around was both informative and welcoming but also knew when to stand back to let us have space to view what could hopefully be our new home. We were so impressed that we immediately contacted the office, greeted by Jenny. Jenny was friendly and vibrant and obviously takes great pride in her work, putting us at ease with the process once more and also taking the time to send us the necessary links.    Was asked to write a review by one of the estate agents after a viewing. Ordinarily that would be me rolling my eyes and ignoring it but, in all honesty, I had a pleasant experience, in stark contrast to appointments I'd had the previous week with other companies. Firstly, the appointment was made, questions were readily answered over the phone, and the time and date were both texted and e-mailed to me. The day before, another text was sent as a reminder. And this morning, I was phoned by the agent to confirm that the viewing was taking place. It's really just nice to come across estate agents who have a professional approach to appointments, making sure that clients are aware of the date and time and assured that the viewing will be taking place. It's nice to not have my time, patience, and fuel wasted. Beyond that, viewing was perfectly fine. The agent was friendly, polite, informative, and made allowances for an early arrival. Kudos to you guys and rock on. The reviews on here seem to speak well of you for good reason.

   Me and my partner went to a house viewing today in Hull with Jennifer from the Willerby branch, she was very professional and gave us all the feedback we needed from the house. Made us feel very welcome and at ease from the moment we turned up. We went away thinking very highly of Linley & Simpson and if this isn't the house for us this time our next one will most definitely will be. Thank you.
