   Hanna Properties is by far the best property management company we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. We rented a home from them in Hull (HU5), and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. They arranged everything promptly—there was no waiting around for promised facilities or services.    Can't recommend Alan and his team enough. I rented a place through them due to a marriage breakup. I needed to move quick and they accommodated that no problem. Any time I'd emailed or called I had replies sent quickly and my query was always resolved. I had to extend my tenancy at the last minute and again Alan pulled it out the bag to get me an extra couple of weeks I needed. The checkout process was quick and receipt of checkout documents and readings was equally as quick. A great experience and I would highly recommend Hanna properties.

   It would be remiss of me if I did not comment on how impressed I have been with Alan and his team at Hanna Properties. I am a Landlord with a number of properties. I used to manage all my own properties, but ill-health and increasingly complex legislation is now making it more difficult for me to do. A number of items in the property I handed over to Hanna Properties needed attention. All the work was done by Alan and his team to bring the property up to a better standard. When the property as advertised there were 50 enquiries, more than I have ever had before, from which a short list of 5 were selected. The Rent Alan was able to secure minus the Management Fee was more than I was getting when I managed the property myself, so effectively it is costing me nothing to have Hanna Properties manage my property. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Hanna Properties for all the help and assistance they have given me and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with them. I cannot recommend the team there highly enough.

   We recently had work carried out replacing all kitchen cupboard/drawer fronts, cornice, pelmet ect (it was a Wren kitchen warranty job), the quality of the work done was 1st class, they took great care and were very professional in what they did also we had to delay them a few times and everytime re booking the appointment was no problem at all. I definitely would use Hanna Properties again and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends/family.

   It is unusual these days not to have something to complain about from a service provided, but I cannot recommend Hanna Properties highly enough. I knew nothing about them when I made contact, but spoke to Alan Hanna who was very professional and explained a tailored approach for our needs. He was very efficient and accommodating and couldn't do enough to try to help. Everything he said he was going to do he did or one of his staff did. I was always kept informed of progress and received courtesy calls too. If you are looking for someone to manage a single property or more then I would highly recommend contacting Hanna Properties.
