I am from the UK but have a French driving licence and Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone, talked me through the documentation I needed and answered all my questions. We hired a Corsa which was perfect for our needs and a great little car for an excellent price. Catherine arranged our collection and drop off. It was a pleasure to meet her - she even gave me a lift back to the train station because it had started pouring down when I dropped the car back! Wonderful service. “Had a few minor issues with my plaster and a light needing replacing. The team sent out Darren to do the repairs. Such a lovely, funny and entertaining bloke while he was getting his jobs done. Did everything he needed to with no issues at all, he did however pop to b&q during his visit to me to get a replacement for the light. Which shows that ultralets don’t leave a job undone. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done. The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team. I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.”
