We stayed here overnight fantastic place and the location is really good for all the facilities that beverley has to offer . There was everything we needed in the apartment and it was clean the little yard space is an extra bonus
My son, wife and I stayed in the two apartments (first and second floor) of 89A Spencer Street on the evening of Saturday, 20 April 2025. Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. Jenny was lovely to deal with and her communications were clear, prompt, interactive and pragmatic. There is on-site car parking (for three cars shared between the four OurHaus apartments) by arrangement. Town centre parking in Beverley is in short supply so a great help. The palm activated access system was straightforward. The apartments felt spacious for our needs - each had a good sized lounge with kitchen area and breakfast bar, bedroom (with extensive cupboard space) and bathroom; and the first floor apartment has an external seating area. We didn’t eat in the apartments but they appeared to be reasonably well equipped with crockery, glassware and cooking equipment. OurHaus is centrally located yet is very quiet. We all had a very good night’s sleep. In part this surprised us because we’re used to sleeping in king-sized beds whereas the beds are standard double-sized. Finally, the apartments have very efficient heating systems - very important when the winds are blowing off the North Sea!
Fabulous apartment ideally situated in the centre of Beverley. Fabulous decor throughout snd with everything needed for a short stay for two people. I would highly recommend this and would stay there again

My partner Maggie and myself had a lovely stay. Clean, well keep apartment. Excellent location for such a lovely town. Would definitely stay again.
Great location and host Jenny was lovely. 1st apartment the mattress was awful and after a sleepless night we contacted the host and asked for alternative accommodation was asked to try the sofa bed so stated we would leave. Host then double checked and another apartment was available. Much better mattress and managed to sleep the 2nd night. Host still states nothing wrong with the mattress in the original apartment but sofa in lounge and mattress in bedroom both need replacing, very uncomfortable. If booking check if these have been replaced first. Although host will state other guests loved the bed, be wary because it was so uncomfortable we coukd feel the wooden slats through the very thin springy mattress. Other than that had a great stay and would book again but for the right apartment with a bed fit for purpose.
Lovely bijou apartment, nice decor, very clean and well equipped. We could get the WiFi to work though. The sofa bed is nice but very firm, we recommend using the available mattress topper.
This accommodation is quite simple stunning! Very well equipped and so close to the town centre . Lots to explore in Beverley , we had such a fabulous weekend . We will definately book into " Our Haus" in the near future. Thank you Jenny .
