Particularly impressive was the follow-up provided once an offer had been made and accepted - Symonds & Greenham do not passively await completion but take a very proactive approach to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible. The 2022 sale involved a complex seven property chain that would almost certainly have collapsed without the professionalism, commitment & patience of their amazing team.    Outstanding throughout, in particular Craig. Good flow of information and he really drove the deal home when multiple Solicitors in a chain were making it difficult. Although it went down to the wire, Craig and the team pushed until the very end and got the deal over the line when all looked lost. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
