   Absolutely disgusting company! I paid a holding fee on a property 3 months ago & havnt heard a single word from them! Despite me calling them & emailing over 10 times now & ive got no response. I haven’t got any communication from them & they still have my £200!!

   They don’t give your deposit back if you don’t get accepted for a property, keep fobbing you off saying they’ll contact you back that day and then never do

   The team was extremely helpful. They contacted me shortly after sending an expression of interest, and ensured the property was a correct match for me. Given work constrictions, I could not attend a live viewing to start with, resulting in the team offering a viewing over the phone, using WhatsApp call to view the property. After I submitted the application, they moved forward quickly, and the manager even took time of his day, and accommodated to our timeframes, to ensure we actually saw the property and all it had to offer before committing to signing an agreement. Pink Property Ltd are extremely helpful and would 100% recommend, and use again in the future.

   What can I say other than wow these guys were amazing. My Mum and Dad decided a move for them was needed to make life a little easier. Right from the beginning they just took control. They were really supportive through a very difficult time as we lost my Father midway through the process. The images they created showed the house in a wonderful light to point that it was sold to the first person visiting the property. Karl is a great guy to have in your corner going above and beyond any expectations we had. Attending the visits to help, regularly visiting and updating us with the process. If you're looking to sell your home I can't recommend them highly enough just caring, professional and compassionate. Pink Property... why consider anybody else... they're awesome!

   Having just moved our managed property to Pink from a larger agent, we’ve immediately seen the positive impact this has had. Pink are not exaggerating when they say they work more hours than other agents. I last phoned them at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and Karl answered and it was business as usual, no answering machine and being left until Monday (or even later in my past experience). I can’t recommend them enough. A huge weight has been lifted - we’re now just reaping the benefits of being a landlord without the stress. Thanks Pink and thank you Karl.
