   I researched Opera Beds ( My wife and I need 2 x 3ft Opera side by side beds) and was highly impressed with their feedback ratings. I booked a virtual showroom visit for today, and have just finished speaking with Chelsea from Hull showroom. Chelsea is bright, personable and took time and patience to show me the products I was interested in. Chelsea also let me know all available options which was really helpful. I was concerned about which mattresses to have, and, after discussion, Chelsea showed me a cutaway sample of their mallow sprung mattress and it was exactly what we needed. I am now waiting for an email confirming the When the beds arrived they were installed by NICK and GREG. They were brilliant and careful. They made sure that the removal of the old beds and installation of the new beds did not prevent us from accessing the landing. Beds are excellent Highly recommended.

   Don’t rely on Opera if you need your bed or mattress for a medical condition. Our new Opera bed was delivered in May 2024, initially arriving with damaged parts and soon developing signifiant issues, to the point using the motion base would wake my partner up when I used it. Also we were advised by Opera themselves that the underbed drawers won’t work on a carpeted floor. After several visits for replacement parts and repairs, Opera’s engineer agreed and documented on the job report that the bed was faulty. Opera have denied this and stopped returning calls. Agreed for an identical replacement bed through our retailer that arrived faulty, one of the adjustments was dead when you pressed the button to operate. Rejected the bed and agreed with the retailer that for a replacement from another manufacturer, although we agreed to keep the mattresses. January 2025 and my partner’s mattress who relies on the bed for her medical condition, has a significant sag and is now a different level to the side with less use. Opera arranged an inspection and refuse to replace as it’s within manufacturer tolerances, based on the one point they measure it and the fact that the mattress sunk to the point it’s impossible to get a good nights sleep is irrelevant. Don’t believe the claims that its suitable if you have medical conditions, poor quality product and customer service that soon turn against you if you have issues and have a different account of events to their engineers.

   I found Opera beds when looking to replace my old adjustable bed and I'm really glad I did. Opera were fantastic: really helpful team and the options were much wider than I'd seen from other companies. The beds also look reasonably modern and stylish, which my old bed hadn't. I was surprised by how lightweight the frame was too as with my old bed I could barely move it when I needed to clean or hoover. I opted for the installation service and my new ned arrived within the week, with the two guys who brought it building it in record speed. Josh was lovely and talked me through how the whole bed worked and what to do if I had any issues. I would definitely recommend.

   From first point of contact we had our bed and mattress delivered after a week. I was kept informed via email and texts The person I spoke to was really helpful and informative. He gave me all the advice I needed. The two men that came to deliver and set up the bed were very professional, punctual and friendly. They gave me a good demonstration and explained all the functions. I have no qualms recommending this company. My son is very happy with his new bed. The mattress is very comfortable and he tends to sleep much better. This is a brilliant company. Thank you.

   My experience in dealing with Alpine was wholly good. There was no hard sell, instead they guided me into buying what would be best for my Father in Laws and his needs. The advice was not always tailored towards buying the most expensive items, but merely what would be practical for your needs. Harry was excellent. I would strongly advise you to talk to him before purchasing anything, He does not push you, really helpful. I was impressed with how they dealt with me.

   Everything about dealing with this company was good. The profiling bed itself is good quality, robust and works well. The mattress is very comfortable. I paid for the installation to be done for me and that was well worth it, efficiently done by nice people. The sales person was excellent. She guided through the options clearly, with no pressure, very friendly and helped me pick the right mattress. Also kept me well informed of delivery date and time. Dad is sleeping so much better these days and can get himself in and out of bed on his own, which we thought was a thing of the past.

We have purchased profiling beds from Alpine and they have delivered the quality products at specific times when we have needed them...even within 2 days notice!
