Very poor attitude. I rang this cattery and politely inquired if a space was available for my cat in July, and the man who answered the call took a very sharp, impatient and pompous tone from the outset.I consequently had no option but to inform him that I did not like his attitude, and that I would therefore not be requiring his services. It really doesn't cost anything to have manners and a degree of courtesy and civility towards paying customers.
