Great service, from front of house staff to the vet, everyone takes the greatest care of our dog.
Phoned today in reference to young seagull with broken wing. Emma from Larne branch came out and took away with here to see a vet. Must say was well impressed with how quickly they came and helped this poor bird, gave me peace of mind, as know one likes to see an injured animal.
Our experience was one where the vet Tara took her time to explain everything and was very caring towards our dog, so professional and kind. Thanks very much. Reception staff were also very helpful.

Brought my nervous doberman here for castration after a recommendation from a dog trainer. Lorna was amazing she came out to the car to see him and gave him his injection in the car. As he started to get drowsy we walked him in. I was able to sit with him until he was asleep 2 hours later he was back in the car. They were all so helpful and caring with him stitches healed up well and no need for the cone fantastic recovery. I would highly recommend Lorna and the team receptionist were so helpful with the emails after operation And his fear aggressive behaviour has all but gone so thankful for everything they done for us.
