Our 2 babies just love going here. The two girls are so good to our two plenty of photos and videos sent to us everyday. Plus the dogs aren't kept in cages like other places
Very negative experience. Careless, not responsible, concern form complete waist of time. They will let hurt your dog,they will leave your dog bleeding until you pick up,then wash they hands away. If you have another option,better use other kennel.
Wow! What a place for your dog.. a real home from home. They are so well cared for and Bella had a ball!! The girls keep you up-to-date with lots of photos and videos, which makes you feel at ease and you are able to see for yourself how much fun they are having! Bella is looking forward to her next 'holiday' already!! Thank you so much.. a very well deserved 5* Excellent place!! :-)
Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Theo our puppy has been visiting from July when he was just 8 weeks old. Sometimes for day care, sometimes a night or two, other times for the BEST wash ever!!! He even had his first hair cut with Roisin. Yep they wash and groom also, 5* service. One stop shop. Your doggy will never smell or be so clean. Love the videos and photos you receive during their stay. The place is amazing, as are Arlene and Roisin. Every dog treated as their own. I knew the first time I left him off he was gonna be well looked after. Maybe too well looked after.... the little devil cried when we lifted him today after a two night stay. If that isn’t a recommendation I don’t know what is. If your looking a home away from home for your pet, this is the place to go. So glad I found it, would be lost without them now.
