Our shihtzu who is a nervous individual recently stayed at these kennels while we were in Lanzarote and they were first class in their care of him. I would recommend these kennels to everyone! First class service.
I've now used AM boarding kennels a few times and our dogs are happier than they've been at any other kennels. Our big weirdo Frank loves it and he plays with them where he hasn't at other kennels. Would highly recommend. Alex has also been helpful when working around pick up times
Have left our 2 dogs with AM Boarding Kennels 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years. Their eagerness to get through the gate for their "holiday" tells us how much they love this place! We have no worries about leaving our boys here because it is obvious how much Alex, Andrea, AJ and the rest of the team love looking after their guests! We receive loads of photos from Andrea when we are away which is very much appreciated. We wouldn't think of entrusting our boys with another kennels as they evidently love their stays at AM Boarding Kennels!
I’ve left Toby (my fox-red Lab) here twice now, and judging by how reluctant he is to leave, I’m pretty sure he has a better holiday than I do! The communication is amazing—Alex and the team send loads of photo updates showing him playing with other dogs, and he always looks like he’s having the time of his life. The pricing is very reasonable, and it’s a secure, well-run environment. If you’re like me and stress about leaving your dog behind, this place is a total game-changer. I can actually relax on holiday knowing Toby is happy, safe, and probably being spoiled rotten. 10/10—would recommend to any dog owner!
We were really nervous about leaving our anxious dog, Frankie, with someone while we went abroad for our wedding, but Andrea completely put our minds at ease. We started with a few trial days, and by the time we left, we felt so confident and stress-free. Andrea is absolutely brilliant—she kept us updated regularly, and it was clear Frankie was having a great time with lots of toys to keep him busy. Frankie is super nervous/reactive around other dogs, so we were especially concerned about that, but it was clear Andrea made a huge difference. We even got a video of Frankie playing ball with another dog in the garden and eating dinner with Andrea’s dog, Millie—something we never thought we’d see! We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care Andrea provided. It’s such a relief knowing Frankie is in such good hands and not having to rely on family when we go away. We 100% recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a loving, reliable, and caring dog sitter.
We took Koby, our lovely dog, to AM boarding kennels.. his first ever time in kennels since we picked him up from a rescue centre 7 months ago, so we were very apprehensive. However .. They were amazing.. Simply wow... What a set up - and amazing team. We felt welcome, and far more importantly, Koby was made to feel exceptionally welcome and introduced to the rest of the doggies on site. Regular photos posted online kept us up to date on his experience . On collection, an amazing handover for Koby coming back to us. Could not have been better.. Thoroughly recommend AM boarding kennels to everyone... A top class place... well done !
An excellent kennel, small but more attentive to the needs of the dogs. Our 2 Jack Russell's genuinely liked Alex, and he made us feel at ease leaving our dogs in he care. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use AM kennels again. Thanks
Very friendly owners and recommended by our dog trainer. My big fella spent his first 4 nights away from home there and seemed as right as rain when I picked him up. Will use again.
