Left my 2 dogs here and couldn’t be happier. I was nervous leaving them for the first time but staff were fantastic and reassuring and they came out happier than ever. Would highly recommend these kennels, very safe and love the pictures on facebook!

I collected my dogs after a week at Ballydugan Boarding Kennels having received no updates or photos from the team, unlike many other customers. I asked the staff during the pick up if everything had been okay with the dogs and was told that there had been no issues at all. When I got home, I noticed that one of my dogs had a red and swollen ear, and some hair was missing from it. When I checked inside, it had been injured and was full of congealed blood, and had become infected. Clearly the staff had paid no notice and left it worsen during her stay, not even bothering to mention it to be. I'm very disappointed in the level of care delivered and at not being informed of the issue.

Very professional and kind family who treat your dog as their own. Been using their service multiple times and my dog was in good hands all the time . Of course it's a stress for dog when you leave him, but it's stress for him also every time when you going to work or shop or etc. Many thanks to Ballydugan Kennels.

Always bring our springer Oscar here. Kennels are spotless and set in lovely grounds. Owners are a lovely couple who care for animals. Kennel cough vaccination is a must at these kennels.

My dog Scamp has been here a few times and he seems to like it. I can see a photo of him every day while I am away when he is out for a walk which is very reassuring.

Picked my dog up and there was 2 cuts one on front leg and one on the back leg. I informed them about this, their reasoning is dogs bite themselves when stressed. I don't think a dog will wound themselves, plus ive had my dog for 10 years i know his behaviors. the cuts look like a dog fight has happened. Dogs will be dogs, but be honest with their owners instead of silly excuses.

We normally Diesel with us on our travels but when we can't Ballydugan Boarding Kennels are the people we trust to look after him. The whole team are look after him as if he is theirs which is reassuring when we aren't close by, dogs get plenty of exercising and interaction.
