Awful company. Staff literally have no idea what they are doing. Staff and management would be best described as thick, how they can be employed in a position like this is crazy. They don't advise you correctly on any issues. Will pay them £400 a month and can never speak to anybody that has even the slightest clue. Would advise to avoid at all costs.
My experience with Infinitas Accountants was nothing short of a disaster. They relied heavily on inexperienced, untrained junior staff to handle my accounts, which led to serious errors and ultimately cost me tens of thousands of pounds in unnecessary tax. What’s worse, there was little accountability and no genuine care shown throughout the process — I felt like just another number on their books. After doing my own research and switching to a new accountant who actually treats clients like family, the difference has been night and day. If you value your money and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
