AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is the worst ever that I have had the displeasure to deal with. Bordering on absurdity. I have NEVER had to deal with such ghastly customer services and suggest that you do not buy from them as RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE!
Pleasant family run establishment, Entered to be. Greeted by a dachshund and pug, both wanted to make new friends. Unexpectedly spent about 40 minutes in Reefrash. My boys liked the scooters in the window, the young lad working there was fab, he explained the correct size of scooter my boys required, and inevitably we ended up with 2.
Bought a new open water suit and a dry robe, excellent quality of both products. The staff were exceptionally helpful and I will be visiting the shop again. Highly recommend.
You're really taking a risk in buying from Reef Rash. You'll see positive reviews from people who've had no problems with their purchase - they didn't need any customer service. But look at the one star reviews from those who have had issues! With leaky (supposedly watertight) gloves, we experienced all those things mentioned in other reviews: rude phone calls from the owner, angry emails in ALL CAPITALS and attempts to avoid all responsibility by trying to get us to return the goods to their supplier for refund. Extraordinary! Don't know how they stay in business...

Excellent help regarding wetsuits and skateboards today. The staff were friendly and very helpful without being pushy. Ollie (I think that was his name) helped our grandson put a skateboard together making him feel very much ‘at home’ in the shop. Highly recommended! Thanks everyone!
Online purchase, cancelled without delivery, shop refused to refund in capital letters! and then refused further communication. Hard to recommend.
Absolutely awful fitted my mates scooter the guy in there is not qualified he messed up his scooter having him have to pay 140 for a new pair of bars and when I ask if they can fix what they have done ? They said that wasnt them that messed it up they cannot take responsibility DO NOT SHOP HERE do not reccomend
Thank you what a great experience. I was able to hire the paddle board, oar and wet suit. I had such a laugh getting on the board. Once I was able to sit in the middle of the board I was off. Your staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing you you again soon. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
