   Paul and Jackson were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly reliable and professional, but also calm, kind, and very attentive throughout the whole move. They constantly checked that we were happy with everything and made sure every piece of furniture was in the right place. They were especially considerate and reassuring with my elderly parents, making a big move from their long-time family home feel so much easier. Truly lovely people to have around — we couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommended.

   I was so lucky that Paul had had a cancellation and he could fit me in the day after I called. I’d used pickfords in the past and had a really bad experience… Paul and Jackson turned up on time and worked so diligently all day long. They worked so hard and thoughtfully (didn’t mind taking their shoes off going upstairs each time and barely stopped for a really quick lunch break. All the furniture and art work was handled really well and so carefully. I couldn’t recommend them enough and they were also super polite which seems to be a rarity these days. They said yes to everything asked and were nothing short of brilliant!

   I hired the guys and TransitDirect to do a house move . They are excellent guys very professional. Came with 2 vans made sure everything was packed in the van securely then unloaded and put in appropriate rooms the other end. What highly recommended them and would definitely use them again when needed. Thanks again for making my move a little less stressful.

   Short version: I asked for a quote and got fast, fair, extremely helpful transfer of my flat contents. Will definitely use them again if I need stuff shifting. Long version: I emailed for a quote to empty my flat in Kent, and by the end of the day Paul had told me he was down that end of the country at the weekend and could do me a discounted rate because he was almost there already. He didn't have to tell me that, but he did and it worked to both our benefits... encouraged me to make a quick decision and meant he wasn't travelling back empty. I wasn't able to be at the flat on the moving day, but Paul took the keys and bent over backwards to be helpful, communicative and supportive... all for a very fair price. So I really haven't got anything bad to say about the whole experience. Of course when I read reviews like this on the internet, I always take them with a pinch of salt. It's easy to leave reviews, rather harder to prove it's honest. But sometimes businesses have good reviews because they're good businesses!
