When i eventually got to the front of the large queue I was told mine and my wife's prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes. One was prescribed 1 week earlier and one 3 days ago. Came back and after a total of 50 minutes waiting was told they didn't have any stock of either prescription. I feel very sorry for the staff member who was on her own dealing with numerous customers, (most of them were being told their prescriptions were not ready or things weren't in stock). This pharmacy is not getting any better despite the claims they are working with a new system to make it less frustrating and time consuming. I have previously had issues with this pharmacy but decided to give them a chance after the notices were displayed stating improvements were being implemented. No improvements have arisen so my custom will be going elsewhere.

The larger woman with straight dark brown or black hair is SO rude. I called to get a prescription printed and said I was coming to pick it up. Whomever I spoke to didnt tell me they would be closing for 30 mins. I arrived and everything was shutttered. I patiently waited 5 minutes. No one appeared. I shouted excuse me to get someone's attention and the large lady rudely said "we're closed" I explained i had just called to pick something up and she abruptly and rudely said "well I dint speak to yah" Someone with customer service values overheard and she kindly came out with the printed prescription. Absolutely no need for that rude abrupt behaviour. Awful woman and ive made a complaint directly to pharmacy2u about her.

Use the pharmacy on a Sunday morning to collect an OOH prescription for my daughter. Waited nearly 45 minutes from star to finish to collect 1 item. Long line to get the till, then around 20 minutes wait for prescription to be sorted out. Didn't take that long to see the GP at Beverley. Wouldn't recommend using this.

Used tk be very good and helpful, bjt last 4 months its not always open due to short staff, never have prescription in time and takes nearly 2 weeks which is bad when you need tablets urgently and you reorder before running out and its heart medication. Half the time they do have it they just cant find it when your instore but magically ring up and they have it ready which is wasting time. Hopefully more staff employed for a small pharmacy and it will go back to how it was before

prescription was not ready when went in the day before, told to come back today after 2pm. Went at 2.20 pharmacist at lunch until 3pm, waited to be told was not ready and come back tomorrow, Why do you give instructions to come back after 2 when you cannot give out if pharmacist is on lunch, really annoying, . Nearly impossible to get through on the phone. The staff must be demoralised , heads down and totally no empathy for people who have made 3 journeys to no avail, Yes you can get your blood pressure done, I feel sure this is paid for by the NHS and is given priority over getting the dispensing done. I,ve b een told to come back after 11am tomorrow hopefully the pharmacist does not take an early lunch. Oh and by the way my petrol dial is going down and down.

Very poor service, Prescription gets sent to them direct from the doctors, go in a week later expecting it to be ready and it's not even been done.

My wife went to pick up a prescription today at 1.15 and was told the pharmacist was on lunch from 1.00 until 2.30, so she drove 5 miles home and returned later to be told they didn't have that particular antibiotic so she had to go to Longhill pharmacy. If they had told her that in her that in the first place we could have a lot of time and petrol. 31/10/22. If I had performed like that when I had my own business I wouldn't have had a business.

It's absolutely atrocious staff lie about waiting times allow friends and relatives to queue jump and when you approach the counter there come up with the most ridicules excuses them go into the back.

Absolutely terrible, prescription NEVER ready on time , queuing for at least 20 minutes, I don’t profess to be a chemist but the system he used clearly doesn’t work,

Absolutely terrible. Whatever system they us does not work. They look on one computer then another. Why the hell are the prescriptions not printed out, sourced and put in boxes alphabetically ? I am then asked have I had a prescription from there before as I am not on the system. Well thats odd as I get one every month. Then they tell me, after a 45 minute wait, the my regular prescription from August 11th is there but not the one my gp sent over today. Well I have already used Augusts and I was present when the go sent it and when reception sent the regular one He also asked me what it was for in front of everyone, good job it wasn't crab cream ! I wasn't the only one in that position in the queue either. I did tell him tht their system doesn't work and he jut said that I have my prescription, yes the regular one which you said had been there from last month. Appalling
