This is arguably the worst pharmacy in Hull and please avoid if possible it would easily get a zero. Receiving repeat prescriptions here are a joke and the staff seem to make really hard work of getting things ready on time and you can call in personally 3 or 4 times cos they rarely answer the phone. One time here just when your at the end of your tether cos you've been told it definitely isn't in they'll find it and I once got told the only thing they had of mine was this? She was holding up the meds I wanted after 2 previous wasted visits been told they wasn't in but Dr's Surgery assured me they was in..then the staff here blame the surgery, there's always an excuse and I never once went in and it was plain sailing

Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to, My Prescription should have been ready to collect last week, the pharmacy claimed my doctors hadn’t sent it through. I called the surgery and they did confirm it had been sent over. I called the pharmacy back to explain it had in fact. Surprise surprise it suddenly just come through while I was on the phone, then they went on to say it would be ready to collect following day. I left it 2 days before I phoned them to see if it was ready to collect. It was not. Phoned them up on 2 other occasions to see if it is ready, again it was not. Called again this morning and Surprise surprise it is still not ready to collect. The staff are very rude and abrupt. I have now since changed my local pharmacy. I would rather travel further away and go to a Pharmacy where they speak to you kindly and with respect. I get when they are busy things can be delayed but they do not been to be rude with you

The service is so slow often you have to go back lots of times for your prescription. They always have an excuse. One of the shop assistants will do anything so she doesn't have to serve filling shelves messing about at the back. You have to stand out in the cold while she does what she needs to instead of helping. If you wait outside you will hear everyone saying the same thing. Thing's need to change if my friend knew where there was another pharmacy better i would travel to get his prescription for him

Poor service. Opens and closes whenever they like to, not as should do. If repeat prescription ordered more than a week ago, you still have to wait for the items to be sorted out and checked... And all they do is just talking while you there and barely working. That's why they are always behind. Only the men who is checking the items is working honestly and being kind.

They never answer the phones, very lovely staff and to be fair the only quick one is the actual head pharmacist, all the other's just make tea and ignore the phones. Been trying to get through since 10.30am with not a single answer. I've rang over 130 times since this morning without a single answer. My mums struggling to breath due to he C.O.P.D and she can't risk going all the way to the pharmacy to be told its not ready, then she'll be struggling so much to breath due to the walk and no ventolin for days. Its just not good enough very unreliable if you ask me. Nice staff just very ignorant when it comes to answering phones.
