   Rang yesterday for my partners prescription to say it be ready tomorrow so I get up today to ring them and they say it won’t be ready till after two as it’s Covid clinic if it was for me I wouldn’t mind but for my lass who needs some muscle relaxers for her bad back this is beyond a joke now all night she has had nothing to help her I’m really shocked in this pharmacy you don’t get this sort of treatment in Beverley appalling outcome will be taking it a lot higher no wonder people go private or seek medicines from unknown sources SHOCKING

   I’ve used this pharmacy for the last 4 years and the staff are just amazing. Always going above and beyond for your needs. So polite and good at their work! I’ve even moved house and stayed with this pharmacy just because! I really think each and every person who works there is the best at their job especially Danielle! Lovely team

   Could really do with opening an hour earlier as the doctors next door opens before hand & people are waiting as they open. So makes the mornings usually busy for them. Staff are friendlier than I first thought & clearly have a lot on in recent times.

   If I could give 0 I would. This pharmacy on multiple occasions refused to dispense my babys medication and LIED about it being a manufacturer issue. The woman with brown hair who I know others have had issues with suggested I force feed my child the "alternative" medication they had in stock, and also and I quote "if your that desperate you'd take it". I now have to travel to Morrill St for his medication which oddly enough I've never had issues with. The staff are happy to deny babies medication with big smug grins on their faces so good luck to any adults trying to be helped.

   I can understand others negativity towards this pharmacy. They are no empathy from the staff for the patients who attend this pharmacy for their medication. Not all the staff have problems with the customers, just the unprofessional ones who continue to behave in such a rude manner.

   Overheard staff discussing holidays to Amsterdam (no issues chatting at work but they ignored me to continue this conversation) also heard the same staff member say they couldn’t be asked to download more electronic prescriptions at that moment in time and then told me I had to come back the next day. When I came back I was told they’d lost my prescription and that they’d need to reorder it and I’d have to wait until Monday to collect. If I could give lower than 1 star if I would.

   This pharmacy is a joke, always making excuses for prescriptions not being ready. Today no pharmacist so not even open until 4om then shuts at 6pm. What were the staff doing all day whilst inside and getting paid. One member of staff a dark hair short lady did not even check for my prescription but came back and said only just come down so need 48 hrs !!. Ordered last Wednesday 48 hrs
