Great staff, working hard to get people's prescriptions ready, not an easy job especially when the public seem to think it should be ready when they walk in the door .
The staff in our Morrisons pharmacy are BRILLIANT . Under what circumstances would anyone want to be on their feet all day . I’ve seen them abused by bad mouthed customers , who blame them because their prescriptions aren’t ready, it’s not their fault ! They are in the lap of the gods until the online prescriptions come in . I know it’s frustrating when they aren’t ready , but please stop and think before you shout at them , they’re doing the best they can .
Terrible pharmacy -my medication collected yesterday was stored above recommended temperature so probably won't work . Also long waiting times have to wait a week after prescription request . Will be changing pharmacy
came for an emergency prescription as my pharmacy didn’t have it in time, due to the medication needing to be urgently taken. the pharmacist was disgustingly rude to me and even caused me to begin crying due to the way i was spoken to. i explained to him that i’ve been able to get medication on 111 emergency before and he responded “good for you” he also told me he could only legally give me one tablet when i needed two, just to give me two and decide that two is now the legal limit he can give me. a huge thabkyou to the lovely ladies that work in the pharmacy that were able to help me out despite the pharmacist making things difficult. as for the pharmacist, nobody that works for the nhs should be speaking to anyone like i was spoken to, completely unprovoked at that.
Terrible pharmacy - always long queues - hardly ever have prescription ready - it's either not been downloaded or "it takes a week" For Gods sake employ more staff and provide a decent service!
Over an hours wait for a prescription when I’m sick and supposed to be housebound is a bloody joke it’s just not good enough
No patient care if the order means they have to split a pack and impact on their costs even though after a few weeks it will be a regular order, very uncaring and short sighted, good luck in your selfish life
Two really bad experiences now by my husband collecting medication on my behalf. Staff have asked him if I've already collected them on an earlier date, when he says no he has been asked again if he is sure. Rude and adrupt answers to queries he has, told to come back another day and when he does prescription still isn't ready so told to come back again. serving other people before him I.e blantenly ignoring him. Lack of communication when giving medication re items owing. However, pharmacist was lovely and recognised that the female member of staff wasn't being helpful and came over to apologise and sort the issues out .
Not good im afraid.. always go to the surgery and order all my medication to pick up a week later.. they are normally at the pharmacy ready..i went along to the pharmacy was asked the names i was picking meds up for.. they wasnt all ready. Then when i was handed a couple of medication bags i went off on my way only to find when id got home.. i had quite ALOT missing..i hurrid back..explained what was missing and was told one wasnt in until next day..i then said well i had no paper slip given or nothing was mentioned either..i got a bag of what i thought were the missing meds..NO.. still missing topical med and one box of tabs.. i gave up.. So i have now wrote all down what i expect to recieve and will check in the future before i leave this pharmacy..have gone here fore a while but this time service is slipping and i was made to feel it was my fault.. perhaps for not checking..NEVER AGAIN xx
