Excellent flu jab session. There were annoyances with the pharmadoctor website and I am grumpy about everything medical but the pharmacist himself was cheerful and helpful about blood pressure, went above and beyond.

Woman talked to me like I was 3 years old. Put the emphasis on me rather than herself who was in the wrong. Wish I'd told her now, instead of quietly fuming. Had to use again today and it was the same miserable woman. She was pottering about in the back, joking with the pharmacist, never looked over until a queue began to form.I asked for a bottle of benelin. She asked who it was for? I told her - my sister. Why can't she come in herself, what kind of cough does she have, I don't know, well I can't sell you anything unless I know what kind of cough it is, DEAR. Well what kind of coughs are there? Mucous...yes that's it. So I paid £6.50 and she never said please or thank you. She just seems to seethe within herself. I can't believe she still has a job.

It's really rude. After coming from the hospital, I expect him to say "Go and come back in 20 minutes." I don't have to ask for permission for 20 minutes. Do your job. I will definitely not use this place again.

I want to share a really frustrating experience I had at your pharmacy. The woman working on Monday, 17th March (afternoon) and Tuesday, 18th March at 3 PM was incredibly rude, not just to me but to other customers too. When I asked for my child’s prescription, she acted annoyed and uninterested, answering me with no respect at all. She checked the system and told me there was no antibiotic prescription under my details. I was really worried because my little boy was sick and needed his medicine as soon as possible. The next morning, I called my GP to find out what was going on, and they confirmed that the prescription had been in their system since the previous afternoon. So, I went back to the pharmacy to ask again. Suddenly, the same lady managed to find it in the system but said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait. I walked around Tesco for 15 minutes before coming back. There was a queue, so I waited to the side, thinking she’d call me when it was ready since she’d already seen me. But after waiting for a while, I noticed she had left the pharmacy, probably finishing her shift. I then asked another staff member how much longer I had to wait. He looked confused and asked what I was waiting for. When I explained, he checked and told me the prescription had been ready the whole time he had no idea why she didn’t give it to me straight away. The service was absolutely awful. She clearly doesn’t want to be there, and the way she looks at people makes you feel like rubbish. I already struggle with anxiety, and this whole experience made me feel even worse. If I could, I would leave less than one star. I really hope something is done about this because no one should be treated this way especially when trying to get urgent medicine for a sick person!

Came across Hull to the pharmacy at 9:15pm because it shows online that it's open until 10:30pm.... It was closed. Get your opening hours updated or sorted.

We were in the store with my husband, we wanted to ask about vaccinations.Out of three pharmaceuticals, no one came up, they just looked out from racks, We came home and my husband decided to call, but after 3 attempts, they did not get through. So the staff leaves much to be desired.

Giving 5 stars because it's good to have a pharmacy with extended opening hours.
