Appalling service. Always a long queue. Prescriptions never ready. Staff have no urgency and are miserable and ignorant. It is like watching time stand still whilst they look for your prescription to then tell you it’s not ready. I wonder why that is.
Pharmacy staff are very ignorant and uninterested in their customers, especially the two male employees
Give it 5 stars because they help me and had what I needed also got a bunch on my way out
One particular female pharmacist is miserable and ignorant. It’s as if she finds talking to a customer beneath her! Doesn’t smile doesn’t say hello or thank you! I’m not the only one who has noticed her attitude. Whereas, the rest of the staff I have always found pleasant and helpful.
I dont know if its because its very busy or it doesn't have a full time pharmacist, but it some times takes quite a long time to make up a prescription even if its a online prescription.

Tried ringing this pharmacy several times and each time had the phone disconnected by someone at the other end. Nood good customer practise or manners!
Brilliant staff and few that are a bit snobby but other wise a very.good pharmacy
