   The lady behind the pharmacy section of Boots was very rude with negative body language popped on top. I purchased 2 items and only had a £20 note. She was really muttering and moaning that I did not have anything smaller and that she had no change in her till. The items came to £15.90 so it’s not as if I was buying something for less than a £1. I do understand that people using bank notes is less now and providing change may be difficult. Next time will go to Superdrug’s/Savers.

   Needed advice and demonstration on the correct make up for me and how to apply it. Sharron was amazing. So friendly, nothing was too much and her knowledge was excellent. By the end of my consultation I felt great, had all the makeup I needed and advice I will not forget. Thank you Sharron you made me feel fabulous.

   Amazing service. Had some confusion with my prescription (my own fault) but they suggested I call the medical centre and then they issued an emergency supply. Saves me some really horrible withdrawals and lets me keep doing my job. Just much more helpful than your usual pharmacy or doctor as I've needed emergency prescriptions occasionally in the past and have usually just been left to deal with the symptoms.

   at 14.34pm today I was looking for an item on the shelving in Boots at Beverley, Toll Gavel Lane and inadvertently found myself just behind a till point, there were no members of staff serving, when suddenly a very loud voice shouted at me from bedyond the farthest end of the counter, to get out of the area, that only she or the pharmacist could go there. There were no notices or barriers and I was barely behind the counter. She continued shouting this was not a public area and made me feel as though I had commited a huge offence and needed to be thoroughly, publicly repremanded. Needless to say I immediately vacated the area with a very embarrassed red face. She could have approached my husband and I and explained or even offered to help us find what we were looking for. Later when my husband was served by this employee, she wispered sorry. Not accepted. She was out of order and she should be taught how better to serve customers. Her name is Kat or Kate, (the receipt needed more ink to be read fully). Her challenging attitude needs anger management training followed by how to approach customers. The star rating should actually read as 0 but that would not let me post this notice.

   My wife visited the Beverley Boots store this morning to make a purchase. She queued behind another customer who was being served. As soon as that customer left, the staff member on the checkout just walked off. Leaving my wife stood at the til - with no word, or explanation. Members of staff were nearby, having conversations and completely ignoring/blanking a customer stood waiting at the til. The fact that they literally walked off to go have a chat!! Appalling rudeness! She then went to an alternative shop in town to make her purchase and had polite customer service from staff who don't ignore their customers!
