   After initial conversation with the gentleman I made arrangements to get what we needed, after 2 unresponsive phonecalls and also text messages I'm still awaiting an answer. Manners are not expensive, a quick call to say he can't come or is too busy is all I require, trying to get tradesmen or handymen these days is unbelievable. I won't comment on the standard of work as I don't know, probably is very good, but customer communication is atrocious.
