   We have had the previllage of using PHM since 2011, and always had a great a service for our EoY accounts completed in a timely manor. We have had an ongoing HMRC enquiry since 2020 that we were having major issues dealing HMRC to get them to understand our daily transport operation, and how it works, as we are not just a pallet network transport company, we were banging heads with HMRC over the complexities of our business, and not getting anywhere. Beverly Foode joins PHM and takes the lead over the enquiry. I had a meeting with Beverly and explained how our bespoke business works. Beverly then starts the long road of phone calls and emails although it still takes nearly two years of consultation between Beverly and HMRC, Beverly finaly got HMRC to finaly see the that there is not a case to answer, and we received the FANTASTIC news in a personal phone call from Beverly on Friday 10th October 2025. I cannot thank all of the PHM staff who had dealings in the enquiry, (Peter Phipps - Tom Jeffs) but I cannot thank Beverly enough for her tenaciuos attitude in dealing with this case.
