   Bob answered the phone on Tuesday and was at my house in dromore on Thursday the same week. Brilliant help. He found and fixed a leak in our bathroom on the same day. On top of this he replaced a tap head and helped identify a problem with heating system. He is to call back next week to confirm problems are fixed but so far so good. I have had several plumbers in the house and he was the fasted to respond and got on with it quickly and proactively to fixed the issue better than all of them.

   Emergency call out on a Sunday morning due to water pouring through my ceiling. Bob arrived within 20 mins of speaking to him. He was clear and upfront about weekend callout charges and costs. Leaks identified and fixed quickly. Fast, friendly and professional service!

   Rang Bob's Plumbers as I came home and found a major water patch on one of my ceilings, once the phone call was done they arrived at my house within 15mins and had the leak sorted very quickly. While they were working on the first leak I had mentioned to them that I had no heating and haven't had any for 3 years. In the 3 years I've had 3 different plumbers out, they all didn't even want to look at the heating system. Bob's plumbers assured me that they would call back the next day to sort the heating. the next day arrives and exactly at the time they said they arrive to fix my heating. Once they arrived they got to work and within a few hours they had my heating system back up and running ; after finding numerous leaks in the main heating pipes. so after 3 years of no heating they came in and fixed it in a few hours. I have now saved their number and will be highly recommending them.

   Rang bob at 2pm and he was here later that day and had the job done quick and clean. Very easy paid and also gave estimates for other jobs I need done around the house. Him and his associate were both lovely and had a laugh with us aswell which was lovely. Cant wait to get them back to do the other jobs.
