Staff are very friendly and always helpful, they listen and explain how products work and tell you the side effects
I called in at Pharmacy Wise in Barton on Humber to ask for treatment for insect bites. After talking to the assistant she recommended I speak to the pharmacist. The Pharmacist thought the bites were infected and put me on a course of antibiotics. I am very impressed with the service today and cannot recommend them highly enough. Very helpful staff all round.
I have recently changed my pharmacy to pharmacy wise due to my other pharmacy messing up my son’s specials order each time leaving him without medication. Kirsty, always ensures my son’s prescription is ready and on time ensuring we don’t go without. I feel like I can request my prescription and just know I don’t have to worry about his special not being made as it always is and I always receive a message to say that it’s ready to collect. Couldn’t recommend them enough, all of them are hardworking and efficient ☺️
I am actually really disappointed. My prescription was changed by the doctors who informed Pharmacy Wise that this was the case. I went in, paid for and collected my prescription, only to realise when I got home that it was in fact my old medication. I went into Pharmacy Wise the following day and explained the situation. They didn't apologise AND made me pay again for the new medication. I was sat with my doctor when she messaged them informing them of the changes, I went in four hours later and they still messed things up. I will be changing to an online pharmacy as they are useless here.

Don’t even stay open until 5. Just pure laziness. Desperately needed a prescription and they can’t even stay open until the time listed. It’s appalling. Some people are only available at certain times on certain days, it’s so disrespectful to those that really need their prescriptions and will now suffer for another week until they can visit next Saturday. So disappointed.
Once again went to collect my prescription and it wasn't ready! Was told try again Monday because of a lack of pharmacist yesterday ! This is becoming all too regular! Oh, and they also said it wasn't on their system anyway even though it had been requested from the doctors at the beginning of the week and is a permanent repeat! Happened twice in last three months! What a shambles!
Went in today to collect my prescription which they hadn't got, yet on the app it said it was ready, ive had a proceedure done on my hip so can't get back to pharmacy to collect it's there fault it wasn't there earlier yet they want to charge me for privalege, disgusting
