Friendly helpful staff but not enough of them. Always a queue, don't pop in if your in a rush.

Boots have had problems with capacity in the past, but it all seems to be working now. There were only 2 or 3 in the queue, and having signed up to text alerts, my prescription was ready and waiting. Heather was speedy, and she always seems calming!

When the regular pharmacist is working the shop runs effectively but when a temp is in the queue can be quite long. The shop staff are always pleasant

The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful each time that I go in. There must be times when they have off days but it never comes across to the customers. All of the staff are equally as praiseworthy , but the one that served me today, Megan, was especially so, we even had a laugh. The store is always clean and tidy with plenty of products on display and I don't think they're overly expensive. I would, and do, highly recommend Boots of Barton, I cannot fault it.

Issues with data protection, donelt expect your personal information to be treated with care. Dirty shop and never stocked. Issues with medication ordering and drug management. Disinterested and rude staff.

Poor customer standards by vaccination staff, lacked confidence, poor knowledge of systems, dismissive. Asking for payment when corporate customer. Vaccination staff dismissive when asked for complaints contact details. Issue with website automated booking service for free corporate vaccination. Manager also couldn’t supply complaints contact details when requested. Manager tried to assist and genuinely helpful. Escalated to pharmacist. Acknowledged there was an issue with the booking system. Total waste of time. Poor customer experience. Tiny consultation room. Continue to use for drop in purchases and prescriptions.

Served by a very lovely lady who was very helpful. The only negative is the long wait, I was waiting for ages before I got served and only a couple of people in waiting for their prescriptions

A very busy branch but staff try their best. Most of the time it's a very good service.

Very poor. Visited for the last time yesterday. Made it clear I have now moved away from the area please make sure perscription is complete as I won't be returning. Travelled home and saw that a major medication was missing!! Called back and got it sorted. Came in today to pick up the remaining item at a cost of £3 for the bridge and £5 in petrol. Thanks alot
