I collect my prescription from Brough pharmacy and I’m always greeted with a friendly face . The pharmacist who I usually deal with is always very helpful & always says hello. I never have a problem with my prescription. It’s always there on time no problems finding it.

Been using Brough Pharmacy for many years, and got to say how great the service is in there. Especially the last couple of years. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get served. Very friendly and efficient. Have a wide range of products. from medication, to makeup and gifts.

Since Brough pharmacy took over from Lloyd’s, it’s a different place, staff are really helpful, the pharmacist is too, often pop in for what we need and a bit of advice especially on all the bugs our little boy brings home from nursery. Convenient location too!

Second time I have used the minor ailments service. Pharmacist was really lovely such a nice manner. Was sorted with a prescription for my problem within 20mins start to finish. Brilliant service can’t fault it.

I went in to see the pharmacist, got asked to fill out a form about my problem. I waited 2 minutes in the chair and then he saw me. Lovely pharmacist and was quick with the appointment and dispensing my medication, lovely service.

This chemist is an absolute joke! Everytime I order my medication there is a problem, its not ready, they haven't recieved it or "its not on the system". I place my prescriptions well in advance to ensure more than ample notice for the chemist to prepare and still have to literally ring them to make sure they recieved it and are progressing it. Even after doing this and being told they have it and its ready to collect there and then I still find out when I go in that it hasn't in fact been done multiple times!!! How people get on who have life threatening conditions I will never know. Each time its like the staff are pre programmed with a raft of excuses and assumptions to blame the customer or another part of their business to avoid taking responsibility themselves. It is like a real life working example of a little Britain comedy schetch! The worst one is the woman who simply says "NOOP" to anyone who challenges the absolute idiocy that exists within this pharmacy. Rude and unhelpful isn't even the word, I have seen better initiative and coherence in toddlers than this absolute shower.

Shambles! Someone needs to implement some organisation. I called the local GP this morning at just gone 8. Got a text from them saying a prescription was sent to Lloyds in Brough. I rang the pharmacy at about 11am to confirm when it would be ready and was told 1.30. Went at 2pm, stood in a queue for quite some time before it took ages to even find my prescription and then got told it wasn’t ready and would be another 15minutes. I wasn’t the only one as others in the queue (and overheard on the phone - where the pharmacy worker was really rather short with the customer before finally saying sorry) had similar issues. I was in there for 45 minutes in total which quite frankly is not acceptable when I was told over the phone it would be ready and I had time away from work. It just seems like some organisation is needed for it to work more efficiently and have fewer errors and disappointed customers.

Come pick up prescription, said 20 min need to wait, okay. Come later, said 30 min need to wait. So disappointed...

The whole team at this branch have consistently been excellent in my experience, from setting up my mother’s pill tray system to now assisting me with my own requirements. All the staff are welcoming and supportive, especially so throughout the pandemic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Very poor experience. My daughter is ill and as we are isolating. I arranged for someone to collect her prescription for me and they were advised on arrival that the prescription wasn't there. I rang and they hadn't drawn the next batch of prescriptions down. I then had to arrange for someone else to collect for me, as they could only deliver the following day and would charge. My daughter requires more medication and I have just rang the pharmacy. They haven't drawn the prescriptions down yet, and when I asked when their next one would be they put the phone down on me.
