   I would like to leave some positive review regarding the earrings I have ordered, but unfortunately I still didn’t receive it! I am so disappointed from Royal Mail service!!! The earrings were to be a secret Santa gift and the frustration from not getting them on time is huge! I am waiting already a week for my parcel to be delivered - redirect the parcel to be collected from post office since Wednesday and still not there yet. A shame!! I would suggest every business to avoid using Royal Mail service as their logistics is useless. I am experiencing difficulties and delays with all my parcels when it comes to their services and I have even ended up with lost parcels few months ago. Businesses have to be aware of these situations and keep Royal Mail responsible about the delivery slots, otherwise they could be affected because of the careless and bad service provided by Royal Mail.

I can’t recommend JMJ highly enough - their customer service is as good as it was when I first encountered them 18 years ago.

   I placed an order with JMJ and the next day was contacted by Aaron to discuss my order and the personalisation on the item. Aaron offered suggestions and emailed me ideas. I was so impressed at how much effort was put into this and how responsive Aaron was. I received my order the next day, beautifully presented. I will absolutely buy again but next time for myself! Highly recommended. I'm also the daughter of a goldsmith so I really valued this service. Old school service at its very best!

   I will highly recommend Jack Murphy Jewellers to family & friends! After getting engaged in the middle of lockdown, my Fiancé and I were thrilled to have been able to have an online video consultation with one of your diamond experts. It was fantastic. Following this Laura looked after us so so well. Laura went out of her way to make sure that she found the perfect ring for me..she put so much time and effort into finding the right shape/style/quality of diamond and making sure it was exactly what I wanted.. even when I didn’t know what I wanted myself. I can’t thank her enough. I just love my ring.

   I have been researching watches for some time as I wanted to treat myself for my 30th and I went into Jack Murphy Jewellers and their knowledge and recommendations where bang on. So friendly and they didn't even mind my repeated visits almost every couple of days for 2 weeks while I decided! It makes such a difference buying a watch in a shop rather than online & I even got a better price than I could find online! Thanks again to everybody ... as I think I was helped by them all with my number of visits - lol. Love it!
