   I live near several other chain pet stores but I come here for a number of reasons; the vast range of high quality products for all budgets, always well stocked I can always get what I need and also try new things if I want to. The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much and as a first time dog owner their advice has been invaluable. The store is clean and tidy and there is a vet/grooming parlour on the premises. Parking available right outside for customers only so don’t need to worry about getting a space. Also if for whatever reason I can’t get to the shop, they do next day delivery, which is free if you spend over a certain amount. This has to be my go to pet shop.

   Love this shop! Brilliant, friendly, helpful staff. Big range of stuff and plenty of advice (if wanted) to help choose the best product to suit. Also ask about puppy association. Our dachshund loved them!

   Lovely store and staff, great service receive from Jane and Lisa in helping me migrate my cat to a far better food which he loves. They are a credit to the business and a font of experience and knowledge. Would highly recommend. Don't go anywhere else for my cats needs.

   Absolutely shocking service! - DOGWOOD - Olivia! We have visited previously and had our young show cocker spaniel groomed to an amazing standard. In the belief that a groomer would know what they are doing we trusted them. Most know never to clip a show cocker as the dog has a double down coat so if clipped there fur won’t come back the same. When we booked in, I stated that we only had our dog hand cut and stripped. The groomer (Olivia) replied that she didn’t know how to do this and that she used clippers, I instantly thought she meant she would just clip the paws and set areas. On my return we found our beautiful cocker now looking like a little shaved lion, with her back totally shaven. In shock I rushed out and left not really knowing what to do! My wife called the following day to discuss the issue and received a very hostile, unacceptable and unapologetic response from Olivia. She had no remorse for what she had done and didn’t see an issue. Never use this service or this place Dogwood while Olivia is working here, she clearly doesn’t know her job or customer service. As a company I think you really do need to get people working for you who know how to do the job before letting them loose on our pets! I do hope that you can listen back via CCTV and recorded phone calls to really see what you have done! Terrible, terrible, terrible!

   Zara was incredible. Our puppy had picked up a virus & had a very upset tummy. She advised us on a complete dietary change and gave us lots of advice. Daisy is doing well now and her tummy has settled. First class service from Caitlin in Dog Groom as well. Truly wonderful service throughout. Thank you .

   Fantastic service from Zara who spent considerable time with me advising me on the most suitable dog food for my pup from a good amount of choices available. Receiving such knowledgable advice is priceless and I’ve never received it in any other pet store. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back regularly!
