We got a beautiful hand reared conure parrot from Kelly and Sam and we are all so happy. I have so much gratitude for their work and knowledge. They have provided me with all the info needed, I was given written instructions in regards to food and how to care for the new member of our family. Thank you for trusting us.
Absolutely amazing place Very friendly And very knowledgeable Had answers for every question we had. They immediately got us interacting with the birds helping us know how handle them and helping us decide would be best for us for us 10 out of 10 Would recommend. We visited several places today spent so much time looking around and This place knocked spots off of everyone around Still so confident that this was the right place to make our purchase once Again thank you for your time
We visited the shop on a whim several months ago and Karen and Sam couldn't of been more helpful if they tried. We have been back several times and they feel like friends. If you're into your feathered friends I would recommend k& G pet house for all your needs.
If I could give more than 5 stars, believe me I would! ♾️ Kgs Pet House were super helpful when I came into the shop to meet their birds. I met a little hand reared & hand tame caique. As a family we received lots of amazing advice & support when taking him home. They were happy to answer all of my questions and I could not be happier with my baby. Tiggy is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside! You can tell he’s been raised very well & was very loved at KGs by how tame and affectionate he is. He’s such a wonderful little bird & I could not be happier with both my purchases and the customer service ❤️
Small and functional with mostly pets and pet supplies. Loved the parrot in there and the farm animals outside. Not so much a farm shop for human supplies!! Still enjoyed our visit and got some nice dog treats.
Excellent for pet foods and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure to shop there and girls are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I bought a tortoise. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about the well-being of animals and do best by them. Even offered to lend me a heat lamp if I couldn’t get ahold of one. Patient and understanding when my 5 year old Son was running around the shop. Can’t recommend enough
Very lovely family run shop with great customer service. recently bought a little hedgehog who is healthy, very social and easy to handle which is all down to the time and care they put into the animals while in their care. They are very knowledgeable and can help with any queries you may have. It is also very clear how much they love the animals... Will definitely visit again ! :)
