It was the first time our 7 month old puppy had been away from us and he was settled in brilliantly. He loved the beautiful grounds particularly. “What a find! We were so relieved to find the lovely Helen and her spotless yet warm and comfy luxury cattery. Helen's extra loving care helped for a smooth transition after moving our 8 cats 300 miles from their home in Yorkshire to their their new home in Sussex. We can't rate Helen highly enough. Yes you will pay more money then your average cattery BUT this is not your average cattery, it's a hotel and is far superior. Helen offers a genuine home from home atmosphere and lavishes her attention on all her guests. We had complete peace of mind whilst we were away from our cats and hope to send to them to Helen again in the near future for a luxury holiday!”

“I've been using Chichester vets for many years with my boys. I don't know where I would be without them. One of my dogs is incredibly medically complex and throughout the years we've always known he is in the best hands. Kind, supportive and caring. Whether it's been an emergency, or my boy is just having a really bad day, someone is always happy to see him or talk through his symptoms over the phone. I don't think I can really explain how important that peace of mind is.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, believe me I would! ♾️ Kgs Pet House were super helpful when I came into the shop to meet their birds. I met a little hand reared & hand tame caique. As a family we received lots of amazing advice & support when taking him home. They were happy to answer all of my questions and I could not be happier with my baby. Tiggy is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside! You can tell he’s been raised very well & was very loved at KGs by how tame and affectionate he is. He’s such a wonderful little bird & I could not be happier with both my purchases and the customer service ❤️”

“You can trust these good people to look after your dog. I highly recommend them. My old dog used to stay with them, and now, when we have two new rescues, we only take them to Tharfield when we go away. Dogs come back happy and healthy.”

He came out all shiny, smelling great and looking so good that I felt very guilty for not taking him there more often. I will certainly do so now and thank the staff for making Chimo look so smart and ready for the catwalk.”

“At a visit to Pets at Home Chichester with our new addition to our family a French Bulldog, and obtained the best assistance and advise, from a member of staff called Zac, he made our visit exceptional helping with advise on all the products we wanted, as we didn't know much about our dog. Would suggest everyone seeks his help if needed.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Nothing was too much to ask for from filling up our bottles most days to placing ice cream in the fridge. The hotel was clean friendly and the pool was a little gem. I would say relaxed and perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here for a 3 star this hotel was an example of great cleanliness friendly staff and overall good service. I would not say anything was bad. Great location good to visit Portsmouth like we did. Next time will prob stay longer then 3. Breakfast was outstanding to the fried choice and then the fresh quality fruit or small pastries. Decaff was cool I had a big cafe tiere each breakfast. Just over all great choice!”

“South Downs vets were fantastic when I recently attended an emergency appointment in the early hours following advice from my insurance helpline. From my first phone call, to collecting my dog Max the next day, they were caring, informative and supporting. I’d like to especially thank Kate, Lara and Orsi but all the staff I dealt with were amazing. This vets would be the first place I would call if a similar scenario arose again.”

“Stayed here Monday-Friday. It’s such a beautiful park very very quiet which made the get away even better. Some beautiful views & lakes to fish. Entertainment was just right for the kids. Caravans wasn’t very clean had to clean it before I used things such as the kitchen side & cutlery. Other than that it was lovely to stay there & will definitely be coming back!”

“The staff and the room were lovely. Room was very clean. Parking was just next door and no cost involved. When we checked out they allowed us to have a free day in the car park as we did some sight seeing. The only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days in recent memory and with no air conditioning the room was as so warm. A fan was provided but it simply wasn’t enough.”

“I took both my Cavachons to Helen today following a recommendation from my neighbour. She was so lovely and did an amazing groom on both my dogs. My 2 yr old Percy was a bit reluctant to go in as it was a new place to him but came out so happy, and it was my puppy Mabels 1st groom so I was worried she’d be nervous. I had no need to worry though, Helen was amazing with them both. It’s so nice that she only has one dog at a time, so no crating it makes their experience much more chilled and relaxed . I would highly recommend Helen to anyone.”

“What a magical place. Bedrooms are five star, amazing bathroom. Breakfasts incredible and all the ingredients locally sourced and delicious. Based on the delivered exceptional quality of the whole experience, Sadder’s great value for money. The home is very peaceful and tranquil. The house is beautifully decorated and the gardens are exquisite. This is one of the finest B&B’s we have ever stayed at. Milly is a wonderful host and gave us advice on where to visit and restaurants to go to and even made bookings for us. There is a welcome pack in our room which is very useful. The whole experience was incredible and we had no idea B&B’s could ever be this good.”
