I have cats, rabbits and a dog who are patients of this practice. I have been using them for over 11 years and they have always been helpful, friendly, caring and explain any problems in a way that is easy to understand. Their prices are competitive, and I would recommend being part of one of their various payment plans which really help with the cost of flea and tick medication, worming and yearly boosters. Lots of parking, and very convenient inside Pets at Home.

I can't praise the team at vets 4 pets Chichester enough. We recently lost our young 4 year old rescue dog due to abdominal tumour. It was all very emotional and stressful as from first identifying a problem to actually losing him was less than 24 hours. The whole team were compassionate, efficient, prompt treatment administered and professional. Our beautiful boy was cared for and treated as though he was their own. We were kept informed and communication was very good. From the receptionists, to behind scenes practitioners, the vets and admin staff. Cannot fault anyone. Big thanks to Donna for easing us through the paperwork process after losing him. Cannot recommend this team highly enough and will certainly use them again in the future when are ready for a new pet. Thank you

The care and love that the entire team showed towards my bunny was exceptional. They did absolutely everything they could to make her better, I cannot thank them enough. Although the outcome was not what we hoped, we are so grateful and comforted to know that she was treated so beautifully right to the very end. Thank you all

Everyone at this branch is friendly, welcoming & dedicated to providing the best for your pet. They all greet our dog, when they see her, which helps make the visits less stressful for her. The opinions and impartial advice given by the vets to us has been invaluable over the years. We’ve always felt we’ve been given options, rather than being told we must spend a fortune on unnecessary treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these wonderful people to anyone looking for a vet in Chichester.

Great service & staff. 100% recommended. I had to my my cat put to sleep & they were really great about it. Very professional & said I could just come in the next day or so to pay the bill which was very good of them. They also sent me a card afterwards. Very impressed around.

The vet we met with really went out of her way to explore the issues and rule things out which gave a nervous cat mama some good peace of mind! She was also very sweet to my cat!

We had to say goodbye to our dear little cat today. We cannot fault the people here. So kind, patient, and gentle with her and us. Thank you for looking after her so well.

Initially the customer service getting my dog registered was really good, however the actual annual check up and booster was awful. Arrived early and both receptionists just ignored me they were glued to something on the computer. Eventually one of them apologised and booked us in. Waited waited waited it was 15 mins past our appointment time and the vet called us in didn’t introduce herself and barely made a fuss of my dog, apologised for the untidiness of her consult room and wetness by the scales !! She started to check my dog over and never explained what she was doing or anything. I had to ask questions. I refused kennel cough as my dog doesn’t go to daycare or mix closely with other dogs - she was very anti this and seemed even more off during the rest of consult. I had to ask if she would check my dogs ears (I thought this would be included in the annual check up!) she said he needed something to clean them but didn’t prescribe anything instead wrote it down for me to purchase from the shop, fair enough - she said it would be more expensive if prescribed. Then when she said my dog had slight gum disease and tartar she vehemently refused to offer / agree to him having a teeth clean because it may not work and he’s 7yrs old!! I really didn’t enjoy this visit whatsoever, the most helpful person was the female member of staff in the shop (who’s name escapes me now) she very kindly helped me find teeth cleaning products the vet wrote down. If I hadn’t already paid the annual fee for his complete care plan I’d be taking him somewhere else. I’ve always used the vets at Vets4Pets since my dog was a puppy and never had any problems, but on Thursday 22 December was just so awful. Then to top of off it took me an hour and 10 minutes to get out of the car park (not the problem of vets I know but just an added annoyance to the visit).
