   We had a really scary experience with our dachshund where she was completely lifeless, so we rushed her to Downlands and they opened their doors earlier just so they could see her. Debbie went above and beyond to comfort us whilst our dog was in with the amazing vets, and all the team got us through such a horrible situation. They couldn’t have provided us with more care and we are so lucky to have them care for Boo - she’s now made a full recovery and is back to her normal self! Thank you so much to Debbie and Team, we are so grateful to you all.

   I took my dog Monty in for a jab yesterday and the vet was brilliant. She explained the possible side effects and ways to mitigate them, even going so far as to replacing the syringe needle after drawing out the vaccine from the vial before then actually injecting it as it reduced the likelihood that it would aggravate the injection site. Really happy with the service and it felt like they treated Monty as if he were their own dog. Thank you and see you again next time!

   I had to take my cat for a checkup and met a very kind and caring vet in downland chichester, she listened to my concerns and kept me informed throughout. Very gentle handling my cat and explained her health very clearly. Also I was told about the cost within the consultation so I knew exactly what I was going to pay.
