Helen offers an amazing service and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. She takes the time to get to know each cat and they always seem very relaxed during their stay. She keeps you regularly updated too, which gives you peace of mind.
Me and my family were moving house and we wanted a safe happy place for our cat Ted whilst we was moving. Ted was only meant to stay for 2 weeks but it ended up being a month due to things taking so long. But I can’t explain how fantastic Helen was with Ted. We loved the daily updates and seeing how he was getting on. After a month when he came back, he was a little shy at first but after a few hours in our new home he was back to himself. He was so calm and relaxed and you can honestly tell how pampered and looked after he had been. The move was very stressful so knowing he was in the best place ever was such a relief. I don’t think he wanted to leave! Thank you so much for taking care of Ted, we couldn’t of asked for him to stay somewhere nicer. He had a lovely little break. This is the best place ever to put your fur babies, I can’t explain how great Helen has been!
Helen has looked after Smartie for 4-5 day periods, and there was no question of going anywhere else when we booked our holiday. We were gone for 3 weeks this time and knew she would be in the best possible place. We received email updates with pictures that were comforting while we were away. We have told many people about Helen, as the quality of accomodation, cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none. Helen is a lovely person who is kind and loves cats, she is the only person we would trust to look after our beloved moggy. When our return was delayed by a day she made special arrangements to help us out at very short notice. Thank you Helen, see you next year.
We were very anxious about leaving behind our Tigger for 2 weeks whilst on holiday in Australia. Thank you so much Helen for your wonderful service. What a find! Helen and her lovely cat hotel are amazing! If you are looking for a really special experience for your pet do not hesitate to contact her. This has been Oscar's second short visit to Longcroft in preparation for a longer stay. I was very nervous at the beginning, as until I came across Helen, I had not been able to find anyone I could be totally comfortable with to care for our precious Oscar, so much so that we had not taken a holiday in the past 5 years since adopting him. Helen is totally dedicated to giving your pet a home from home experience, and nothing is too much trouble. The enclosures are absolutely spotless and her care is faultless. She has kept in touch with us throughout, with numerous emails and photos which has also been very reassuring. I am totally relieved to have discovered Longcroft at last, and will definitely be leaving Oscar in Helen's care in the future whenever the need arises. Thank you Helen so much!
What a find! We were so relieved to find the lovely Helen and her spotless yet warm and comfy luxury cattery. Helen's extra loving care helped for a smooth transition after moving our 8 cats 300 miles from their home in Yorkshire to their their new home in Sussex. We can't rate Helen highly enough. Yes you will pay more money then your average cattery BUT this is not your average cattery, it's a hotel and is far superior. Helen offers a genuine home from home atmosphere and lavishes her attention on all her guests. We had complete peace of mind whilst we were away from our cats and hope to send to them to Helen again in the near future for a luxury holiday!
