   Witnessed cruelty to a little dog being groomed while I was in store the dog was that frightened it pooped itself on table you could here it scream barking while shopping in store groomer was pulling him up higher off table already restrained she was very rough with him she looked furious that he pooped she was cruel and mistreated him the poor little dog I wish I could have let the owner know what she did to him so he never had to indure the cruel treatment again Trouble is when we drop our dogs off groomers are all sweet talking lovely to our pets soon as we leave the dogs cant tell us what's really gone on It's about trust if you find a good groomer you are lucky please bare this in mind the groom room chichester is cruel I saw it with my own eyes

   My short-haired, 11-year old rescue dog Chimo had a good wash and blow dry at Chichester Pets at Home grooming salon yesterday after months since the previous session. He came out all shiny, smelling great and looking so good that I felt very guilty for not taking him there more often. I will certainly do so now and thank the staff for making Chimo look so smart and ready for the catwalk.

   It is an awful experience dealing with judgemental people who don't listen to your requirements and provided a half-finished service. It was a waste of money since my pet did not benefit from it. I WILL NOT be using their services again!

   I can only speak very highly of the girls at the Groom Room Chichester. I have a 58 kilo Briard “Chewy”, not very friendly towards other dogs. But the girls settle him and look after his every need. At the moment I have a slipped disc, therefore unable to groom him as well as he deserves, but the girls always manage to make him look amazing. Everyone at Chichester seems to know him, which makes it a real pleasure to take him. Once again Thank you girls for looking after Chewy.

   My dog went in looking a real scruff but she came home looking so smart. She had a full groom and they clipped her nails. I worried she might be stressed but that wasn't the case. She came home looking like she had fun. They did an amazing job.

   Absolutely love Harry’s Grooming! Thank you! The groomers are so lovely and patient with the dogs and owners. I always go there as Harry seems to love having a grooming or the aftermath of it at least. Thank you again. And I highly recommend. They have their best intentions for the dog and their health.
