   Very helpful staff who really care about the animals. We adopted a rabbit who was given to them for rehoming and always bring him back for nail trimming and boarding. The staff were great at advising on how to care for him and they always give him extra treats when he stays. They stock a great range of products for rabbits such as hay, pellets, treats, toys and even treatments such as spot on for fleas. Well stocked supplies for other animals too such as birds, dogs, cats and rodents. We prefer supporting a small business over large companies such as amazon and they often offer better prices too. I wouldn't pay much attention to the few negative reviews they have received as they're quite unfair based on our own personal experiences with the shop. Thank you very much to Sam and the brilliant team.

   We wanted to specifically buy a mini lop male bunny rabbit. We had a good selection and when I took the rabbit for a check up with a view to a castration procedure, the vet indicated that he might be a 'she' but wasn't sure. 3 months later, our rabbit was not settling down, being destructive, moody, uncorporative and needing 100% supervision that we decided to give him up to a rescue centre. They informed us that he was in fact a 'she' and not a min lop!! Unbelievable that the store can tell us lies on 2 fundamental things where we were sold a rabbit that we weren't intending to purchase!

   We went to pick out a hamster today and have brought home the friendliest and most beautiful boy and couldn’t thank Aldwick enough. He is already exploring and coming to say hello to us and we’ve only had him a couple hours, they bring up their live stock so well and I’m so impressed by how happy and healthy our hamster is. I was also happy with the advice I was given and the lady was very friendly and informative. Thank you so much!

   Update March 22: Still very happy with this shop and take my guinea here for his grooming and boarding. Staff are very helpful and I trust them with my pet. Even now I've moved out of the area I still bring my guineas here to be groomed. Very knowledgable and friendly. They never mind me loitering to look at the baby animals they have for sale! Very happy with their covid restrictions too
