Manager so rude constantly over talking not interested in any one else’s point of view. Shame really as most of the other staff I have encountered have been polite and helpful.
Had a lovely experience recently buying items for my newly adopted cat. Super friendly cashier who helped me to reregister my pets at home account to be able to apply a discount to my purchase. Nicely priced items. We will be back again soon to buy some more toys!
Really disappointed to see they put a wheel for a dwarf hamster in for the Syrian hamster. Syrians are bigger and the poor baby kept falling off when they were trying to run ☹️ I appreciate this is hopefully only for a short period of time but it can really affect the hamsters spine

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, well cared for small animals and fish in store, wide range of pet supplies available. Store layout could be more welcoming, but has everything you need.
Average, it seems everytime I visit, what I need is out of stock. They have had the same fish breeds in stock for years, supplies and equipment is dated. Great variety of dog and cat food, however if you don't need a specialist food, its cheaper in supermarkets.
Had to complain about a toy not up to standard , the young lady who dealt with the complaint was sympathetic but very knowledgeable and professional in the way she dealt with things
This is a smaller branch, no groomer or vet in store as the big ones have. Big free car park right outside. We went as it was possible to take the dog inside to try on coats. Stock was fairly low with little choice as it was so close to Xmas but we were fortunate to find one. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Where to start brought a Large Pets at home hamster cage, broke within 4 days, went in to store and spoke with them and they changed the cage for a different style of course having to pay the difference. The main reason for this review is Allison at Bognor Regis branch is great she served me originally and remember me she is a credit to your company very helpful and understanding and just a bubbly person. Only reason 4 stars and not 5 stars is other staff not as friendly and helpful and the quality of the cage that broke.
