“Very helpful staff who really care about the animals. We adopted a rabbit who was given to them for rehoming and always bring him back for nail trimming and boarding. The staff were great at advising on how to care for him and they always give him extra treats when he stays. They stock a great range of products for rabbits such as hay, pellets, treats, toys and even treatments such as spot on for fleas. Well stocked supplies for other animals too such as birds, dogs, cats and rodents. We prefer supporting a small business over large companies such as amazon and they often offer better prices too. I wouldn't pay much attention to the few negative reviews they have received as they're quite unfair based on our own personal experiences with the shop. Thank you very much to Sam and the brilliant team.”

“Beautiful experience. Stunning spacious annexe. Every little detail was thought of, from tea/coffee/milk provided for stay, discreet messages around property to guide us what to do. Spare put-up bed provided, extra linen/pillows/wash towels provided. Beautiful decor and aesthetics, so luxurious, skylights to bring natural light in, pretty lights in skylight. Felt so welcome as soon as we set foot in property. Yet given 100% privacy throughout our stay. Bedroom coastal vibe and bathroom/walk-in shower chic design. Very comfortable bed/mattress. Slept like a log! Fantastic location- 5mins walk from Pagham estuary/beach. Our small dogs loved it too, very settled and loved the walks. Truly a "home from home"! We would love to visit Pagham Annexe again and recommend to everyone.”

“I had my little girl Norma's nail clipped while on holiday in Middleton on Sea her. And I've just driven 45 miles to have have my nervous boy dog Nails clipped. They are very caring and experienced for all your dog's needs. Once again I went to Ragamuffins to have my dogs nail clipped. my dogs are so well looked after with the great team down in Middleton-On-Sea.”

“I rushed my cat into the vets today due to her being unresponsive the staff was quick and efficient unfortunately she passed before we got there but the staff was very supportive and even gave my a paw print and a some of her hair I left with out saying thank you to the staff due to being utterly heart broken so I just want to say a massive thank you”

“Great vets! Got an appointment the morning I rang. The vet was amazing with my rescue cat, Viktor. He is terrified of most people but was a lamb in her hands. She gave Viktor a thorough once over and diagnosed the issue, prescribed medication and gave me the reassurance I so needed!”

“We love Primrose Cottage! We have used them several times for short and long holidays. They are super reliable and very reasonable on price. Our two dogs (who are not the easiest dogs to handle!) are always happy and healthy when we pick them up.”

“Lovely little campsite, tucked back from the road. You can still hear the a27 but it's not intrusive. We were there for an event at Silverstone so it was busy, but this wasn't a problem as the atmosphere was very pleasant. The toilets were clean and always stocked with loo roll and hand soap, the showers could do with modernisation, there are only three and the night before the event only one was working so there was a queue. The electric pitches are quite tight, you will have other campers right up next to you if it's busy. The staff running the site were very friendly and helpful, and there is a nice washing up facility with soap and sponges, as well as some local info and games/books to use.”
