Probably the most money grabbing vets i've ever visited in my life. Misdiagnosed my 13week puppy, gave him the wrong meds which made his condition worse. Visited a 2nd time, different vet saw to him, diagnosed him correctly and gave him the correct meds. Contacted their so called "customer service" was refused any sort of discount or refund for the shocking service. I'm now signed up with Stevie Wonder vets who can do a much better job although being fully blind!

I have dealt with Pet Doctors Felpham for all my dog's life which was 15 years. My dog was put to sleep on 1st April this year, they were very sympathetic and didn't rush and reassured my dog who passed away peacefully with the injection. I would especially like to thank the vet and nurse who attended at this time. I would recommend Pet Doctors to anybody.

having a dog that’s marked down as anxious, yesterday we went to have a checkup and it was going smoothly until the reception lady came stomping out towards my dog making her react, then told me to put a muzzle on her. i’m not going to punish my dog for someone coming into her zone and protecting her people. then the nurse came out and my dog went up to her wagging her tail and sniffing the nurses hands. nurses are amazing with my dog however we are not happy with the way the reception lady came out in a huff. i feel like my dog was treated differently by the reception lady just because she was a german shepherd.

Very strange Vets. None of the vets seem to leave notes or communicate with each other. We had 3 different very varied diagnosis off 3 different vets- when I asked what was actually wrong with my pet I was shunned and ignored because they were "very busy". Obviously not too busy to take payment.... Very unprofessional and confusing. We have moved to Downland vets, they clearly communicate with each other and are so different from this vets. Pet is now happy and sorted thank the fluff god's! (also the problem was none of what was previously suggested!) If I could 0 I would.

The nurse saw us at short notice to give our Jack a once over and nail trim. Very accommodating and polite. Even gave us dietary advice. Thanks

The vet was very helpful in diagnosing the condition of our cat and providing clear guidance on further treatment of her condition. They could not have been more helpful and managed the diagnosis in a social distanced process.

Well previously I'd been a bit dubious about diagnosis and treatment which once included "metronidazole for its anti-inflammatory properties" (there are none). However this time it was the most useful visit I have had with low cost alternative advice for expensive treatments. Informative, friendly and less than I was expecting to pay. Happy customer.

Took my two cats to be vaccinated. One of then developed a bold spot where he took the vaccine. Extremely difficult to speak to anyone to book an appointment. Was 20 minutes late for appointment due to puncture, staff showed absolutely no flexibility to see the cat. Vet more interested in selling pet plan than actually taking care of animal. Will not be using this clinic ever again. If you love your pets, stay away!
