Denise did a brilliant job with our elderly, frail and rather nervous dog, whose coat had become very tangled. Denise is very calm and professional when dealing with dogs. I was also pleased that, once he had been clipped, our dog was allowed out into a secure garden, so he was not stressed by being confined inside.
First time visit for my little dog. Denise was very professional, organised and took a real interest in him. She did an amazing job. He looks so much better. I picked him up and he was happy and relaxed! I've already book his next appointment! Thank you x

My Tilly is a nervous dog and won't let anyone near her nails due to bad experience. The lady took time to reassure Tilly and she has now finally had her nails cut .I would definitely recommend Turner and pooch .Nice and caring to my Tilly which made all the difference.
Wonderful first grooming from Denise today for my two dogs. She made us feel very welcome and Millie & Harry look fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, from the initial contact and booking, to the appointment itself. My dogs were very happy and comfortable in Denise's company. Would absolutely recommend Turner & Pooch. I can not praise this woman enough! Her prices are amazing and the quality of her work is fantastic! We have a very large husky who had never been groomed before and he now looks amazing and he was so relaxed and happy when we turned up. We have booked him in again and I will continue to. So friendly and I felt so comfortable leaving him there 10/10!
Our Poodle Gary loves going to Denise for his grooming appointments! Denise always gives a professional groom, she also takes Gary on walks in the evenings if were both working late.
