We were so grateful to discover Chichester Dog Sitters who were really accommodating at short notice. It was the first time our 7 month old puppy had been away from us and he was settled in brilliantly. He loved the beautiful grounds particularly. Fantastic service, super professional and highly recommended.
This was our first time leaving 'The Gals' with a dog sitter with us going away and we were genuinely anxious as to how they would be with someone they didn't know in a house they didn't know either. We needn't have worried! Simon immediately formed a rapport with Bluebell and Clover and they loved the initial meet and greet. The tester night was equally pleasing so we were as relaxed as we could be when we left them for our long weekend away. Simon sent us lovely videos showing us just how much fun they were having with him (and he with them). When we collected them they were sorry to leave behind such a lovely place where they'd clearly had a great time. They slept like logs that night! I'd leave them with Simon anytime - they get as a good a holiday as we do. After our initial anxiety we can safely say that they were really happy; beautifully looked after and we'd not hesitate to use Simon and Chichester Dog Sitters again - very highly recommended.
Simon was so friendly and accommodating! Our dog had a great day and was so well looked after. Simon even sent us a video of all the dogs playing and running around together. We are not from the area and needed somewhere for our dog to go whilst we went to Goodwood races. We really appreciated Simon's flexibility and kindness. We would not hesitate to come back again!
Simon was absolutely fabulous with our dog Kurt. It was our first time leaving him with a sitters and we were naturally worried how our fiery jack russell would manage. Simon allayed our worries immediately. He spent a bit of time to speak with us and told us about the business and our dog immediately warmed to him .His passion and love of dogs was clear, the setting was perfect and the care was top class. When we collected Kurt at the end of our day it was clear he had a lovely day as was reflected when he was up on his back legs in the car watching Simon as we left. Our lovely Lady the Bassett stayed with Chichester Dog Sitters for a trial night in preparation for our wedding when she will be staying 2 nights. We were recommended Simon and we’re very glad we were. Lady had a very warm welcome and we could see that the house and gardens gave plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. We are glad to have a weight lifted knowing she will be so well looked after over our wedding weekend and any holidays in the future! We would definitely recommend! Thank you Simon & family!
As we live up North, we didn’t know the Chichester area at all and and we were cautious in our quest to find the right place for our little Dachshund ‘Poppy’ to have an overnight stay. We knew she wouldn’t be happy in a kennel so we were pleased to find Simon at the Chichester Dog Sitters where she was free to run around and play. We were sent a short video of her on our day away which was comforting to receive. If we visit the area in the future we would be happy to leave her with Simon and we are certain Poppy would be more than happy to stay. Thank you very much Simon From the Marshalls and Poppy
We dropped our pup off with Simon for a trial night and we felt so warm and welcomed upon arrival. The place itself is so beautiful ... I told my fiance I wanted to stay there instead!! It is so quiet and secluded, with so much space for the dogs to run around. I could tell right away Patrick would be well looked after. Simon spent plenty of time with us before leaving our dog so that we felt comfortable, and when we picked him up he seemed so happy. 10/10 recommend
We left our 14 month old golden retriever with Simon for a trial night ahead of a trip and she loved it. She settled in immediately, and Simon was quick to build a rapport with her. I also felt really comfortable that she was in a loving family and really appreciated the update with photos to reassure me she was having a great time! I'd have no hesitation in recommending Simon and very much look forward to Holly enjoying some more days and nights there!
