Emma does such a fabulous job on our Archie every time he goes there, he comes out a little pop star. Also the staff are very friendly and love the fact they also petsit for some small pets when their owners go away. Thank you so much team.
First time our pup visited grooming salon and experience was fantastic. Emma took great care of her and our doggy came out looking great & clearly had a good time being fussed over - such that she tried nearly ever treat in the shop! Definitely recommend & good value for service
It was my dogs first time having a groom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The shop was friendly and welcoming. The groomer was lovely and fully discussed what we wanted before we left her. When she was finished, she looked like a new dog! The groomer fully explained what she had done and was honest about how my dog had been a little nervous but had coped well. I have booked another appointment and have already recommended the shop and groomers to friends and family.

Both me and my wife went in to the village pet shop on separate occasions (02/07/22)to ask questions about the Guinea pigs , to say that the customer service was poor is an understatement. The Lesley behind the counter was rude and abrupt and made us both feel that we were interrupting her. Let’s say will not be using the local pet shop again.
We purchased guinea pigs for our children from here. The children were able to chose them, visit them regularly and then (once the animals were old enough) collect the pets. Each time we visited the staff were really friendly and it made a great experience for the kids. The animals had obviously been very well cared for and well handled. Staff were very knowledgeable about the animals. We would certainly buy pets from them again. We also pop in here regularly to buy things and they have a great selection of products.
Took my dog in for a groom, cannot fault the groomer what so ever, absolutely amazing job! The shop however is a totally different story. The lady behind the till was having a private conversation and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes before trying to get her to acknowledge my existence. When I went over I was told “hold on a minute” This was the worst customer service ever. I don’t think I’ll be heading back, which is a shame as the groomer is amazing! Just cant deal with that kind of attitude
