They have recently moved a few door west. excellent store, knowledgeable staff, invaluable advice form the dog nutritionist. My diva Husky who is not keen on my grooming attention is always happy to see the their groomer. Hes now 11 years old but he always returns from grooming looking and acting like a beautiful, spritely young puppy. thank you for the care you give Neyo. xxx
Without doubt I would give this service the full five stars. I have been taking my dog to The Dog Groom for four years now, she is always returned fresh and happy. They have a great way with all the animals that visit. STRONGLY recommend this company.
Went in today to talk about changing my dog to raw after being advised this shop by a friend. I spoke to Zara who really is a wealth of knowledge and she helped me understand the types of raw food and why it is best for my dog. 5 star service and I will definitely be back, thank you!
My two dogs have been coming here since the Lee shop opened. They have seen Kayla and Jazz and they always look amazing. Always smart and smell delicious and love the way they look.
When my regular groomer of 7 years was poorly i sought an alternative temp groomer. My dog has been groomed from a young age and is very compliant and used to being groomed. On collecting my dog, she was very stressed, panting and very distressed. The groomer had barely clipped my dog, so I asked her to take a bit more off which she did.The groomer also told me my dog had growled at her, which she’s never done before. On returning home found my dogs chest was bald of fur, and sore to touch her body was very untidy, ears not done, nor round the mouth and eyes. I also noticed Pooh on her bottom and fur that hadn’t been cleaned off. I phoned to ask what happened and was fobbed off with-“if your not happy bring her back.” I will never take my dog here again, the groomer was clearly in-experienced and was a very stressed character in my opinion and shouldn’t be grooming dogs un supervised.
Can't belive my dog actually likes going to the groomers. Is it the groomer or the treats that she likes? Who knows. She's happy and I'm happy. And she can't be bothered to pose for a photo.
First time for Poppy at this groomers and very pleased she looked lovely and was happy and relaxed. Very friendly and obviously love the dogs. Have booked next appointment, would thoughely recommend. Defo 5 stars.
Jaz was a great groomer, our dog was nervous at first but seemed happy as Larry after the session. The trim was exactly what we were looking for: a summer cut to keep him cool. Friendly and quality service, the selection of treats is good too!
