   Cannot fault the staff, they are all lovely, the store is clean and pleasant. However, they don’t seem to be very good at stock ordering. Cat litter, particularly Pettex and Clean Paws seem to be out of stock often. They had been getting better now all of a sudden I haven’t been able to get my cat littler for 2 weeks from them.

   Popped in one evening to buy a Halti for our Grandpup, member of staff, Nikki, was helping another lady choose a harness and ensuring it fitted the dog properly. We decided to wait to see if she could help us. When it was our turn she was amazing, recommended a lead that they currently don't sell so googled where we could get it from and offered for us to go back so she could fit it with a new harness. We returned a couple of nights later when we knew she was working. Nikki fitted the harness and gentle leader and gave us recommendations which we went with, she then let us take him outside to try and the results were incredible. Before our grandpup would have our arm out of our socket walking him and now as a result of her advice he trots beautifully next to us. Nikki was friendly, knowledgeable and so very patient and kind. She asked us to take him back in a few weeks so she could see the difference in him again, which we certainly will. Incredible service, thank you so much Nikki, Rodney and we are very grateful we can now enjoy lovely long calm walks together.

   I liked the young lady on reception although I feel that she is more than a receptionist her knowledge is great I also like the drs contacting you to keep you informed and the nurse after care also excellent she is resting at home although the cone she's not happy with thankyou all excellent service love from pippa x

   Absolutely shocking place told us our 3 Tier large hampster cage was too small it clearly wasn't as we went to jollyes North harbor showed the exact same photo of the cage and are now going home happy with our new hampster

   Took our dog in here, and the care is really good. The staff are very caring and listen to you, which is important when your talking about the health of your dog. Helen the vet and the lady on reception are really nice and easy to deal with. Thank you, let’s hope we don’t have to come back to soon.
