   Absolutely Thrilled with My New Giant stance E and the service I received! I recently purchased my first electric mountain bike from Vive le velo and the experience from start to finish was truly exceptional. I can't recommend this cycle shop enough! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. They took the time to understand my riding needs, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Their expertise ensured I found the perfect bike that fit my budget and lifestyle. The setup and handover process was seamless. They made sure the bike was perfectly sized for me, explained all the technical aspects of the motor and battery clearly, and ensured I was comfortable before I rode away.    Very Impressed ! I saw a new Lapierre E-Sensium 3.2 road bike advertised on ebay & on their Website at a very good price. Having never dealt with Vive le Velo before and being a long way away in Somerset I rang and spoke to a really knowledgeable & friendly member of the team. We had a reassuring chat about the bike and I gained confidence & trust to order it. My new bike arrived as promised, & was extremely well packaged. I had to ring the shop as they had forgotten to include some extras as agreed, they immediately apologised & I received the extras as promised a few days later. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Vive le Velo for everything bicycle related. Great service!

   I recently bought a bike through one of the cycle to work schemes. I could've bought it online but decided to go through this shop instead for the same price. It was incredibly easy, they answered all of my questions and were helpful throughout. The bike arrived today and they helped set the seat height, sorted some accessories and just generally made sure it was right for me. It's a bit of a drive from my house but I'll be using this shop from now on. Great experience all round.

   I've been using Vive Le Velo exclusively for the past six or seven years and wouldn't think about visiting any other bike shop. Ed, Jon, Chris & Doug are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. In that time I have bought four new bikes, and always via Vive Le Velo. Ribble weren't willing to supply my gravel bike to the specification I required, so I had it shipped direct to Vive Le Velo who transformed it into exactly what I wanted. Ditto my Giant Toughroad bike which they transformed for touring. No job is too big or small. If I'm in a hurry for a repair or service, they always do their best to book my bike in quickly. By the way, I have no connection to Vive Le Velo other than as a very satisfied customer.
