   I was hoping to buy a pair of thermal lined trousers but the store didn't have my size, however, the assistant said they could order them in and ring me when they were ready for collection. Nobody rang me, so a week later l phoned the outlet only to be told they'd forgotten to place the order, but the trousers were still available and an order would be made. A week later l rang again, this time l was told the order hadn't been placed and now the trousers were no longer available! Thanks for that Regatta!

   Purchased a few tops, pair of pants and some socks whilst here, On this epcific day the till was not operating properly and the safe member behind the till was getting irate, constanly speaking out loud about her annoyance...putting it politely. After what should have been a smooth 2 min transaction...some 10mins later my purchase was finally completed. Not what i expected
